The New Hampshire Fisher Cats, Double-A affiliate of the Toronto Blue Jays, and the Fisher Cats Foundation have confirmed the initial group of guests for the 2016 Granite State Baseball Dinner, presented by Northeast Delta Dental. This year's fundraising event will be held on Saturday, November 19 at 5 p.m. at the Radisson Hotel Expo Center in Manchester. Sinice 2008, the event has donated more than $1.4 million to its three beneficiaries: the Children's Hospital at Dartmouth-Hitchcock (CHaD), the Ted Williams Foundation, and the Fisher Cats Foundation. Just months after having his No. 26 retired at Fenway Park, Hall of Famer Wade Boggs will headline the guest list at this year's event. He'll be joined by New Hampshire legend and former Cy Young Award winner Chris Carpenter, and former Red Sox infielder and current media personality Lou Merloni. Several new and familiar faces will be seen at the head table as well, including former Red Sox catcher Rich Gedman and Tigers pitching great Denny McLain. Claudia Williams will be in attendance, signing copies of her book, "Ted Williams, My Father: A Memoir" and presenting the annual Ted Williams award to Wade Boggs.
